Shah Rukh reveals his New Year plans

Shah Rukh Khan will take a break for a couple of days close to New Year's.

Shah Rukh Khan has been working round the clock. When he is not shooting for a film, receiving an international honour, he is seen promoting his film across the globe and then promoting the brands that help him promote his films.

After getting positive reviews from Don 2, the superstar is relieved. He now wishes to take a break for a few days from the movies before he gets back to the grind.

At an event SRK revealed, "I have been working round the clock. Its time I shave my beard, cut my hair, spend time with the kids. I will be off to Dubai with family for 4-5 days, a short break. After which, I will be back to shoot for Yashji's romantic film. We might start the shoot by Jan 8th 2012."

The King is glad that most have liked Don 2. The handwork & fun of making it seems to be paying off said he.

While most girls prefer SRK in a romantic film, the superstar should know, the ladies thought he looked his sexiest best in Don 2.

Don't call it an item number: Mrinalini Sharma

Don't call it an item number: Mrinalini Sharma

Bollywood may boast of a bevy of actresses hailing from an army background, but Delhi-born Mrinalini Sharma is proud to be called the daughter of an IPS officer.
The model-turned-actress, who made her tinsel town debut with a cameo in the Ajay Devgan-starrer "Apaharan" and hogged the limelight in Emraan Hashmi-starrer "Awarapan" talks about her Bollywood journey.
"Both my brother and I wanted to breakaway. My brother is an assistant director who is learning the art of direction and I went on to become a model. Movies just happened. I never had dreams of becoming an actress. I went to the audition on a lark and Bollywood just happened. It wasn't strategized. The reason we could pull it off is thanks to immense of support and trust we got from home and we're lucky that way," she reveals.
After her last release, the Rajeev Khandelwal-starrer " Soundtrack", Mrinalini is looking forward to her next flick "Jodi Breakers" that hits the screens in February 2012. Recalling how she landed that role, she says, "I didn't audition for it. It happened over a single meeting. My role is very colorful one. I strive to play such interesting characters in my movies," she adds.
Working with co-stars Madhavan and Bipasha Basu was a ball, says Mrinalini. "The experience has been great so far. Bipasha is very beautiful and Madhavan is such a great co-star. He shares tips, nuances and suggestions and he is just a treat to watch and work with."
While filming for the flick earlier this year in Greece, the actress gave in to her wanderlust and extended her stay in the holiday spot after finishing her shooting schedule. "Earlier this year, someone has asked me if I had to throw a dart on a place I'd want to spend my birthday in, where would it be. I said I'd love to be in Greece. Ironically, around my birthday, the shooting of "Jodi Breakers" was scheduled in Greece! It was an amazing coincidence. I stayed back for 10 days after the film's schedule to explore Greece," she says.
Looking back at her career, which began with a cameo item number, Mrinalini says, "I have a huge issue with the term 'item' number because the word 'item' here is a gender-specific term. Moreover, the song I debuted with, had a decent video. But apart from that tag, I never had any issues with such songs, nor will I have in the future."
Ask the actress if she has eyes set on Tollywood too and she says, "I'm very open to offers from Tollywood and other film industries. I've just started out and I have a long way to go. We're actors and are not bound by language. I haven't seen too many Telugu films, but I do watch a few now and then. "Magadheera" was the last Telugu film I watched," says this glam doll, who confesses that she is a bit of a tomboy in real life.
"I'm a daredevil actually," she quips, adding, "I might not know swimming but I learnt scuba-diving and went on to become a certified scuba-diver... something that I'm proud of. I'm not fond of heights, but I want to try sky-diving someday. For now, I plan to learn to ride a bike. I'm an avid book reader. I'm also a gamer and I like beating the boys at their game," she says.

Vidya Balan: I want to get ‘dirty’ with SRK

Over a cuppa strong coffee, the boombaat Balan girl sheds her inhibitions, and in between giggles, coy smiles, dropping of eyelids (but not the pallu) she unleashes her bold instincts in this 'dirty' chat with Madhureeta Mukherjee.

Read on...
Vidya Balan: I want to get ‘dirty’ with SRK

You've transformed from the quiet, hapless gal in NOKJ to a 'boombastic' babe... I'd never got the opportunity to unleash the sexual side of my personality and this role just gave me a chance. I was completely uninhibited.

Uninhibited and how! Ha, ha... yeah, I've had a blast shooting for it. It was very liberating and a huge challenge as an actor. I'm glad I got over the awkwardness and just went for it.

Were you wary of looking vulgar on camera? Fortunately, I've never been very conscious and inhibited of what I have to do. The camera's my soul mate. So it wasn't that tough.

You've put all the size-zero actresses and item girls to shame... Well, I like that. Ha, ha, ha. I think a woman should be wholesome, voluptuous and sizzling!

Emraan must have been quite disappointed as he didn't get to show his 'dirty' side this time... Yeah, he's such a jealous man. Just because he didn't get to be dirty in the film... I hate him. Ha, ha!

And the other man, Tusshar says he was nervous as hell kissing you onscreen... I think he lied. There was no nervousness. I think men can fake nervousness. He must have faked it!

How would you react if you heard someone say - 'You want sex, I am sex'... I meant that's how my character is, in the film. She's unapologetic about using her body and her sexuality as a big ticket to fame. There's no shame in doing it.

Do you think Indian women are getting more comfortable with their sexuality? Oh, definitely! And cinemais a reflection of society. So you're seeing it onscreen because it's happening in real life.

One Bollywood actor that makes you go Ooh La La? Ummmm.... Salman Khan

And one Bollywood actor you want to get 'dirty' with? A certain SRK.

What are the three easy tips to seducing a guy? Just look at him. Don't talk. And you won't even need the other two tips.
